Questions owners ask

Do I pay anything before I see it?: No. We build your site first and you see it finished. On the monthly plan, the first charge is the day your site goes live. On the own-it plan, the $850 is due before it goes live.
Who owns the web address?: You do. It's registered in your name from day one. If you ever leave, we'll help you move it to your own account at no charge.
What if I cancel the monthly plan?: The site comes down, and you keep your web address and all your content. Cancelling in the first 12 months is a one-time $50 fee. You don't owe the rest of the year.
How do changes work?: Send them by text or email. On the monthly plan they're unlimited and usually done within 2 business days. If you own it outright, changes after handover are $50 each.
What do you need from me?: Very little to start. We build from your own photos, services and reviews. To add the site to your Google Business Profile, you give us manager access.
Can you promise me more customers?: No, and be careful with anyone who does. We promise a good website that stays online and gets quote requests to you fast. What customers do next is up to them.
